We collect information submitted through forms and information about website use. 1. Contact form: name, company name, email address, and message. Phone number, inquiry type, industry, and estimated device count are collected when entered or selected. Source information included in the contact page link may also be sent. 2. SDK request form: email address and estimated number of scanning devices 3. Checklist download form: name, company name, email address, and requested resource 4. Website usage information: pages visited, referral sources, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, and interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and form submissions. Microsoft Clarity may process page interactions for heatmaps and session replay.
We use the information for the following purposes. 1. Contact form: responding to inquiries, providing service information, and business consultation 2. SDK request form: processing Scandit SDK requests and follow-up communication 3. Checklist download form: providing the resource, managing download requests, and following up about adoption support 4. Website usage information: analyzing visits, referral sources, and completed inquiries and requests, and improving content and usability
We retain form submissions for 1 year from collection and promptly delete them when that period expires or their purpose has been fulfilled. This standard also applies to submissions stored in the Company’s email and Web3Forms. Analytics data retention depends on the analytics service policies and settings.
Contact, SDK request, and checklist download forms are sent to Web3Forms for processing. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Google Tag Manager manages Google Analytics 4 tags. Google Analytics 4 analyzes visits and events, while Microsoft Clarity analyzes page interactions. Each service provider processes the relevant information. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies to distinguish visitors and sessions and analyze website use. Examples include Google Analytics _ga and Clarity _clck and _clsk cookies. Actual cookie use depends on browser and service settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
